What is Totnes Fringe?
Throughout the four days of July 9th -12th, 2026, Totnes will transform into a stage for the Totnes Fringe Festival. Performances will take place in both traditional and unconventional venues. Four days that celebrates Totnes and the power of theatre to engage, entertain and inspire us.

The Totnes Fringe Festival programme is available to download from our What's On page. We believe theatre should be accessible, so we offer a range of tickets. Some shows will be free, some will be on a pay-what-you-feel basis, and all others will be reasonably priced. But throughout the weekend, we envisage that encountering some form of theatre will be unavoidable if you step into town!

The Totnes Fringe Festival is being organised by a group of local theatre artists and creatives who aim to fill the gap in regular theatre performances in Totnes. We are a welcoming bunch, so please get in touch if you would like to work with us in any capacity. We have put a call out for volunteers to assist us in ushering the performances, running the box offices and lots more.
